Hi All,
Do anyone know why the below code is coming when the PDF is downloading from SAIL?
{"error":"APNX-1-0000-000","message":"Invalid Content ID","title":"An Error Has Occurred"}
Discussion posts and replies are publicly visible
Usually it happens when the document is expired.
Please read the Appian knowledge base article at https://community.appian.com/support/w/kb/1003/kb-1599-downloading-a-document-results-in-title-an-error-has-occurred
After uploading, the file is not saving in the target folder that's why the error occurred. When submitting then the file is saving in the folder and can download it from site. Is there any function to give for download before submit button?
No, Your file does not get saved until you submit the form. You can implement loop in your process with chaining , so when user submits the form , they will again come back to the same form as if they never left and then you can get the file.
The file is not being uploaded to Appian until you submit the form. That's why the content / document ID doesn't exist. You can create a chained loop in your process that will return you back to the same interface when the document will have been uploaded.
