Hi,
Few weeks back I was able to create DSE as part of creating Record Action. But now in the new release of Appian 22.3, I do not see that object getting created while creating Record Action. What is the alternative?
Thanks in advance,
Suneetha.

Is it about creating a process model to write to DSE or is it about creating the table from the record? If it is a table, then this feature was introduced only in 22.3 and was not available prior to that. If it is about creating a PM to write to DSE, then the Process Model being shown in the workflow section of the screenshot should be the one.
I meant, while creating a record action, I am not seeing the highlight section in the new 22.3 version.

Hope I am clear.
Thanks,Suneetha.
How did you set up this record? In the older versions, I have seen Appian creating new duplicate DSEs. I think this has improved. In case you created this record using the new record managed schema, then there is no DSE anymore.
Thank you for you quick response Stefan.. I created this record as usual following New -> Record Type. Then once record is created, from the Record page, I used Record Actions tab and Generated a record action for this Record Type, which takes me to this above screen and it automatically creates all the objects needed including DSE. Now I don't see this object of DSE created that I highlighted above. So raised this question. When you say 'no DSE anymore'.. what do u mean by it?
Appian now supports writing to the database using synced records without using a CDT and dataStore. Check the release notes for details.
Ok ty.. Will check the release notes..
Any examples or links that you could refer me too.. Appreciate it!! ty
Thanks for the support. I was able to manually create Data Store and CDT to make my interfaces work.I will check later on using synced records method.
