After enter contact info it is showing infinite(∞) symbol - It is only happen when i enter 10 or more numbers

The contact number needs to be captured in text format. You must have used decimals or numbers.

Appian only supports integer values upto 9 digit only after that it will start showing you ∞ symbol.
Do never use a number field for phone numbers or other "numbers" like zip codes, street numbers etc. These can contain alphabetic characters as well.

To clarify on this (if anyone's curious), the limit has nothing directly to do with digit count, but instead, the maximum actual number appian can store in an integer, per the number of bytes of storage size Appian allocates to that type. To be exact, that limit is 2^31 - 1 -- meaning Appian will successfully show "2147483646" as an integer, but if you try converting "2147483647" to an integer it'll show the infinity symbol instead.
