Can we change the background of a record action with style "SIDEBAR" in a Read-only grid.
something like this, each record item should be different color.

I had a work around for it if it wasn't n grid, but in grid, I don't think you have any way to do that.
If it was outside grid, then you can use card layout with a background color and add the relation action in it with the style as link.
got it. But this change has to be in Grid.
Sadly, there is no way. You can differentiate using icons as last.

Yes we can use.
You can use buttons but you cannot apply record actions on the buttons.
What is the best way to differentiate the one record action to other record action apart from icons.
Talking from the UI UX perspective, having too many colors on the screen is a bad practice and is highly discouraged when it comes to buttons. You can have at max 4 different style of buttons but not more than that and all of those colors have a purpose.
Adding record actions with different colors is something I will not advice. Also, now when you asked this, I am curious to know what is your usecase where you want to show different actions of every row in the grid?
As a example, for each row we have two actions "Approve" and "Reject". Wanted to show the difference between those two buttons.
You can add them with LINKS style in two different columns so that users can differentiate between them easily.
