Hi Everyone,
I am getting an error in our site page which says "The requested task is not Available"(The task may have been deleted or completed by another assignee) and the site page is configured in a process start form
This is very random and I am thinking this could be idle session timeout but we recently migrated our application from on-prem to cloud and we never got this error in on-prem.
Please help me understand this.

Maybe a stupid question, but is this really a process model start form or just a chained user input task?
we are using the interface in start process form and also as chained user input task because we are doing an upload from start form and to show the feedback from the upload we are showing that in a user input task.
How is that second UIT configured? Any exceptions?
yeah, it has exception for 1 day.
I never experienced such a behaviour. I think you should try to replicate this in a way others can reproduce it. I know that might be difficult.
Hi Harika, were you able to find the root cause and solution for this problem? We are facing a similar issue after moving to cloud. It is working totally fine on-prem
