Hi there! I am trying to have createdBy updatedBy and updatedOn section reflect current changes in the record list when updated for an internal tool. So for instance when a user creates a new question or updates a question, I would like the record list to display that users info in it's own respected column. As of right now I am using loggedInUser() and now() but it is only showing my information all throughout the questions.
So really what I'm asking is what do I need to change in the display tab of the records list to have this action work properly. Any help is appreciated!

In the created By column, In the display value it is mentioned as loggedInUser(), What you can do is if this data is from a form, while you are submitting the form then you can keep the loggedInUser() in a!save function associated with the created by Field. This will help you to display the created By data which will reflect the correct values.
