Hi, I have a requirement to upload the documents from knowledge center to external system using webAPI. For this requirement should I be using get web API or put Web API?
Also do we need to use integration object to use webAPI for this requirement?

When the OTHER system provides an API that your call FROM Appian, then you use a Connected System and an Integration.
Since we have to upload the documents from our knowledge center to external system, API will be provided by the external system and we need to use Connected System and Integration of POST type to send the document.
