How to get the documents which are uploaded only by the reviewers (list of reviewers uploaded)?

In my applications, I store some additional data to the database to be able to answer this kind of questions.
You can create a new column "uploaded_by" and who so ever upload the document you can store the username and based on you reviewer list you can fetch the document uploaded by the reviewer
