feedback: when you try to create sub folder and forgot to select the parent folder then there is no options on next screen to go back and select the parent folder. also once the folder gets created and you select that object and go to properties, there also no options to select the parent folder. only options you left with is to delete the folder and create new with parent hierarchy. hope in next release this will be considered as positive feedback and some feature will be provided to select the parent folder.

At least with an empty folder, you should have the "move" command available from the designer UI, to move it into any other parent folder. The only use case this doesn't satisfy (as far as I'm aware) is that it doesn't let you move it into the "root directory", though that doesn't sound like that's what you're after.
