How to open different record views in entity based record from interface?

HI, please elaborate what do you want to achieve?

I have an entity based record type have more than one record views in headers and views section. From the interface I  am using record link and would like to open different record views based on the params. 

What I understood is that you want to show different data in the record view based on the Rule Inputs in the interface or may be based on the User Role, and for that you have created two different views to show in either case, the intended functionality can be achieved with show-hide mechanism to show the relevant data or nested interface based on the params within the same view.

Also you can make use of "Dashboard" property of the record link to show the required landing view based on certain conditions, for example see the below screenshot.

Thanks Shuaibs0003, but on passing url stub I am getting error "the record does not exits or do not have sufficiet permissions". Although the record does exist.

Then the problem is with the record identifier that you're passing. 
To check it, try hardcoding the primary key and see if the URL works. If it does, then the problem is with the identifier of record that you're passing. 

Agree with Harshit, double check if you are passing the correct record identifier.
