Change the pattern to "^\d{15,17}$"

IMSI is the same sort of pattern other than the length, as far as I know, this should be easy to adapt from the pattern you already have.

For "internation" phone number - that really depends on exactly what data you're getting, what format(s) you need to accept, etc.  It can be a bit more complicated to formulate a RegEx pattern for, but generally should be possible... but we can't guess as to your precise requirements here, as the question is too vague without more detail.
