I would like to know if there a way we can switch on Audit to generate audit log for each action in Appian.
Please advise if we have to do this activity manually.

Can you provide more context on what kind of audit you want to generate? Are you looking to audit certain business actions (e.g. opening a case, closing a case) or more of system activites (e.g. logins, changing profile settings, etc.)
Hi Peter,I am looking for audit log creation based on the business actions. Like certain field changes, screen actions and etc.
There is a playbook for it.
Trigger is the best fit.
If possible, could you please share further details like any articles or help manuals and etc.
