Multiple Groups users in user picker

Question

Hi, 
 I have 2 groups one is parent and child. Parent grp having test users and second grp having SSO users. How do i show users from both groups in user picker. 
 I can’t merge or delete groups. Client having thier own way of handling these grps.

Please create a constant for Parent group, keep the visibility as public for the group and add the group to user, like below example. {
