Can we download the list of users present inside a user group in a specific app on Appian.
What is the best way to get the list of the users that have access to specific app on Appian.

You can alter the user record that is already present to only show the users of a group you are interested in and then use the default "Export record list" option present for all the record lists.

You now have a default record in Appian "Users" that can be used to club with other records. You might already know the export to excel feature of record and using that, I am suggesting using export to excel of user record but filtering the record in a way that only the users of a group are shown.

You can use a!recordData() for "User" recordType and in filters pass all the users of specific group (which you can get using groupMembers() function) and show that in a read only grid and then use OOTB Export Excel feature.
