Values are loading into process variable of process model but they are not visible in the form .How can I get them into the form

You must have missed somewhere, if there is a value and not going to your user input task. Do a simple check, verify your pv value in instance while your user input task is active. If value is there, it means you have something wrong in your user input task data mapping.
