Can we disable a related action based on a condition?
Eg:
We have a record action to update the form, if the user submits the form the update option button should be disabled.

You cannot disable it but why don't you just hide it with a showWhen condition instead of disabling it?
Can you tell me which property do we need to use in the record related action to hide it.
