Hi,
In Appian how to restrict Confidential/Restricted data from being cached on user's local disk.
Anyone know what kind of values will be passed for the below HTTP headers when we use Appian sites/pages
Cache-Control:
Pragma:
Expires:

Wow. Something interesting. Nope, I haven't tried it but did you try checking the request/response in the browser's console and network monitoring?
I am deeply concerned that it would be a browser setting and thus not configurable per se by Appian or any Appian developer. That being said, I think on hardware configured to receive Confidential / Restricted data from the internet, those restrictions put in place by admin of that hardware should work as well on Appian as anything else that comes through the browser.
AFAIK Appian does not cache any user data in the browser. All interface logic is only evaluated on the server. That is one of the great features of Appian in regards to security.
