Will system administrator gets all the errors of the app. Is that the default thing.
When record type sync fails system administrator of the environment is getting notified. Is there a way to restrict this and main goal is to alert the support group when the instances fail and we have added the support group in the alert in the process model.
Team, is there a way to fix this.

I don't know if anyone has a better solution, I think you'd have a support user with their own dedicated mailbox with some forwarding rules configured to forward these types of emails to your support group. Or at the very least, you'd want to exclude password reset emails from the forwarded emails.
