i created a process Report for a user that displays processes initiated by him. now i want to display some charts using that reports. but the chart fields are accepting record types.is there any method that we can us the process report data into charts to visualize them graphically

Sure. Charts do not only accept record data. Just create the chartSeries values based on any data you have.
