I start my Appian training but my environment does not approve yet. how the proper channel of communication with the team. I believe the environment is important to achieve the successful training.

There is some delay in the approval process due to the high volume. When did you request it?

I check my spam folder every day & I send several emails to the community team. the reply as you mentioned due to the huge number of requests.
