I am reaching out to request assistance from the Appian community regarding the urgent need for an Appian environment for training purposes. as I am student and I want to learn this technology so I can apply for the appian Developer post but I just received mail from appian community saying :-

This is a very common issue that users have been facing in the past few months. Until they provide you a instance the only thing that you can do is have some patience and meanwhile learn things on the academy. You can also send an email to support team/ CommunityEdition@appian.com. if you have a strong reason why you deserve to get it at the earliest and why should you be a priority choice to be provided with an environment.
I did sent the email but I didn't get any response
Keep in touch with CommunityEdition@appian.com. make sure your email sounds good and have some good reasons they would address it quickly
it is necessary to have work email address ?
Not sure, but I guess that should not be an issue. I really don't know how their internal process work.
