Hi, How can I group e-mail’s received and sent from appian and to Appian.
For eg I have a request comes from customer to abc@gmail.com
That should be in request inbox and appian user will use send reply button from appian. Again customer will send a reply and appian user will send reply. Like this to and from communication should store against that request.
so here my question is how can i group or map e-mail’s receiving.
Can anyone pls advise some suggestions to achieve this functionality.

For emails received, that would be totally between you and your chosen (or company-forced) email client. If you're designing the outgoing emails from Appian, there are probably some ways to structure subject lines and other aspects to make them easier to organize in your email client, but that's something that will be up to you to design per your preferences, as far as I know.
