Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to import a BPM workflow into Appian built on another BPMN tools.

No, that is not supported.
My personal answer to this question is, that a completely carved out process will not work at all, until I touched and configured all nodes, created a separate data model, built all user interfaces and even structured the processes completely different. Then trying to import something does not add any benefit anymore.
