I have an interface having 15 rule inputs. If I need to test interface then Do I need to enter all rule inputs. Is there any better way to test it.

Can you explain in more detail what you want to achieve?
Set and save "default values" for the interface, mainly.
With the help of FitNesse you can test your interface, or you can use default value as well and if you have any requirements for the value, you can set the value for the rule inputs and test it.
