Assuming that you have logged into community.appian.com this a common behavior. The latest community edition site will use SSO method to take you to your environment. It is not a dedicated site for you. It is a shared space and hence you will not receive any email about it but you will receive an workspace prefix. try searching for this line in your emails folders " You've been assigned the following workspace prefix ".
