The training PDF is outdated. In current version of Appian, use the Columns panel on the left of “Edit Record List” to add, remove, or reorder columns, there are no inline delete/move/add icons in the grid anymore.https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/25.4/Records_Tutorial.html#configure-the-record-list
