Hands On Practice Training PDF missing

i am Doing the Application Building Blocks Course and i cant finish the Hands on Practice because the PDF "cannot be viewed in this browser" and when i click on it 



when i try with different Browsers it also not work (chrome, opera, firefox) same issue

I think it happens with all those pdfs but this time it was with Step 4
