Appian Community and Appian Academy are being upgraded. As a part of the upgrade, Appian Community is currently in read-only mode, and user registration is disabled until August 3. The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
I have been trying to go through "Appian Developer" learning path. However, it appears that my Appian Community Edition environment is not set up correctly. I discovered this when I got to "Design Record Types: Model and Configure Your Data". The sample applications are missing.
So I tried to create my own app as a way to keep moving forward. However, when the AI wizard arrived at the "Data" stage, there were no data sources available.
I am just stuck and frustrated, and I feel like I am being ignored.
NOTE: I have already reached out to Appian Academy <training@appian.com> and Appian Community Edition <communityedition@appian.com> last Wednesday. But I have only received automated responses.
