Process Management Services related smart services

Question

Archive Processes smart service is not achieving the processes though giving success return code under Process Management Utilities (v2.0.0) plugin in cloud. 
 What could be the reason. 
 Though I tried same smart service with latest version com.appiancorp.ps.processmanager-2.2.0.jar in lower non prod cloud then it's working. What could be the reason

Hi Piyush Agarwal is there any specific reason of using this smart service to archive the process instances. 
 
Because you can directly set archival settings under data management tab of process model, which will automatically archive the process instance once the specified duration matches (only after completion of the process instance) 
 
However just a quick guess in your scenario, are these processes instance status completed, which you are trying to archive.
