Unable to combine sheets using excel utility

Question

In our use case, multiple excel files should be combined to single excel but in different sheets. 
 When i try to combine the sheets using excel utility plugin i am getting below error, 
 2025-10-15 06:25:55,136 [pool-119-thread-1] ERROR com.appiancorp.sites.alerting.SiteErrorEmailAlertServiceImpl - Error reading error logs
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.IOException: (line 1103) invalid char between encapsulated token and delimiter Could you please suggest any solution or alternative.

Hope you are using Combine Excel Sheet(Excel Utility) . Looking at the error, it seems your Excel files likely contain CSV-formatted data or special characters causing the delimiter error. I recommend starting with just two simple Excel files and trying to merge them first.

Does any of your files contain inverted commas in text like "text something" . This error is caused when the excel has special character like this. So look out for them and try with excels having clean data
