Sign PDF and other custom plugin

We need to use the sign PDF plugin using the cloud version of appian but is it possible to install a plugin in the cloud version? OriginalPostID-254103

Marco, you are able to install plugins to Appian Cloud instances by creating a support ticket to have the Appian support team load it for you. That being said, you're likely looking at the "Sign PDF Document" plugin (link to documentation below) which is not Cloud Approved, which means you will not be able to use it on cloud instances: forum.appian.com/.../summary
