this is my process flow:1. my employees get customers in any way2. When the client is identified, my employee sends him a survey for his registration (appian enters here)2.1 using appian i need to create a survey to be completed by clients, they don't need to register (using appian portals i guess)2.2 after registration, employees will have to approve the client and manage their information with other processes such as uploading files and more data
I am new to APPIAN, I have followed most of the courses available in appian academy but I can't find the way to do it.

On that high level, your approach looks good. But it seems that you are looking for help in solution design and architecture of your new application. I am not sure whether this discussions format will help you a lot. And as it takes more time it will probably not be for free.
In general you seem to implement a KYC application which Appian is used a lot for. Building a public facing survey using portals is also a perfect use case.
