When i am trying to create portal, the below window is showing and stating that to purchase portals for the community edition.
Please let me know, Is this free for community edition?

What version of Appian is your Community Edition running? You can find it on "About Appian" from waffle menu next to your profile pic. I wonder if it somehow avoided updates, and that's why Portals isn't working.

Currently my community is upto date 23.1.
facing an same issue, how to resolved this issue. Could you please let me know. it will be a great help from your side.
