User Form not show in portal

Question

Hi All, 
 Can anyone help me how to open UI through process Model in portal ? 
 
 I want when I click on button then my user form screen show in portal through process model . 
 When I click on bitton then my process model trigger in backend but User form not shown in Portal. 
 
 Is there any possible way to show UI.

In a Portal you will do all of your processing on the interface itself - that is, the interface you define as the portal page. There is no such thing as chaining into a process / user input task form in Portals - i'd suggest you brush up on what portals are for and how they work.
