Is there any way to hide a page from the Portal navigation?

Use Case:
We are sending the Portal page URL to users. The user will click on this link and submit data. However, we don't want to show this page in the navigation.
Is there a way to achieve this i.e. hide the page from the Portal navigation?

Thanks for input.
Yes, we can create two portals. However, there is a licensing limit that restricts us. We can create only one portal per application.
Also, we can't use a single page and then show/hide content because we can't change the page name and title dynamically.
