Hello, 
 The instruction in the exercise is as follows: Right-Click the Technician Task node, then select View Form. 
 Below is what I get when I right-click the Technician Task node: 
 
 Any advise? Thanks

 View Form will only be shown for running Process Instance.

Check process instances of the process model to view the UIT form.
