Process Mining Instance for Community Edition

Hi, I've been trying to access process mining from my community dashboard but whenever I click on "Request my account" button on the Explore Process Mining section and select the region (in my case, India) and click on check Status, it resets itself and I'm back to "Request my account" again. I haven't received any emails regarding process mining and I'm aware that it might be a server issue but just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one stuck in this loop.
