Process
Process Model Timer
erwini1

We had a Process Model with a timer as a start event and we wanted to stop this process daily execution so we removed the timer from start node.
Somehow the process is still being initiated, while checking the process instance I can see the timer is available but if I check the process model timer is not there.
It seems it is not using the last version of this Process Model since the changes are not being reflected
is there any other place where this change needs to be made?

According to the documentation for the timer start event, publishing a new version without the timer should stop the recurrence, so there's probably something else going on here.

Are other changes to the process model being reflected in process instances? Removing the timer should work...
I would suggest having a gateway immediately after the start node, where you can easily configure (via constant) whether you want the daily execution enabled/disabled. If your data management settings are set properly, the footprint will be minimal.
Also, check out this post:

. It seems to be a similar issue to what you're experiencing and has resolution steps included.

The related post I linked you to is actually referring to deleting a model entirely, but seems to have the same symptoms your experiencing.
