Am I missing an installation plugin?

Hi, I am getting this message: (Expression evaluation error at function 'getfolderbyname': Error evaluating function 'getfolderbyname' : The function 'getfolderbyname' is unavailable.) on my system. There are other systems in my environment where this rule exists. I recently installed my system and so I wonder if I missed something.
Is this a standard library in Appian? If so does it need to be downloaded and installed in a certain manner? Any help is appreciated.

Check that you have copied the plugins from your other environments from the path <Appian Home>/_admin/plugins

I'm not familiar with that function. There is a function called findFoldersByName() which has been replaced with findContentByAttribute() that is part of the Custom Content Functions shared component.

you can copy the plugin from the other appian server where it is already there, copy from there and paste it in your current running server in plugins folder
