We are having problems in our automated test tool (Parasoft/Selenium) where we get what appears to be a double submit on a page "The Task Could Not Be Submitted. The task has already been submitted." This error does not happen all the time and happens on different pages of the application every time it's run. We're running the exact same data through the test. The network traffic doesn't show a double click on the submit. Besides double clicking a submit button or an error on the page, are there any other issues that might cause this error?
