We have a process model serve as a related action. even though the visibility is true() in the record set , it is not displaying in the tempo as a related action.
Is there any configurations in the process model which prevents it from displaying ?

If the the process model has parameters and even if you do not wish to use the start form but chained to a user task the portal form sort of still exists.
Delete the form or make it a SAIL form.
