Hi, #Bounce Backs Emails
We want to send bulk emails from Appian to different users. If some out of those mails are not delivered, then the bounce back email will come to the sender of that email. So if sent 1000 emails from Appian, out of which lets say 200 are bounced back and sender of the email will receive 200 bounce backs in his inbox, which will be a big problem for us.
Is there a way where in we can manage these bounce backs so that the bounce backs do not reach to the sender of the email?
Also, just to inform you we donot want to send these bulk emails from any custom email account. Those bulk emails need to be send from a particular user's email account from Appian.
Does anybody over here faced similar issues?
This is a bit urgent. Any help on this would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance....

I would add, however, that it would be possible to run your list of 1000 email addresses through your own validation, before the emails are sent, at least to weed-out email addresses that are improperly formatted. This would not prevent bouncebacks due to email addresses which are properly formatted but which don't reach anyone, and in that case you'll have to do what the previous commentor suggests.
