sail error a!taskui_taskRejectionReassignment

Hi,

We have received the below error as part of lab report:

3 errors occurred in Task Form: ABC

67% of errors due to: Expression evaluation error at function a!taskui_taskRejectionReassignment: An error occurred while executing a save: The task may have been deleted or completed by another assignee.

I am looking for the cause of this issue and how we can resolve or replicate this issue?

    Might be you have configured exceptional flow for the userinput task in the process model.
    While instance is in live and task opened, the exceptional flow has been triggered and now you try to perform some action on task, you will be getting the same error.
    Can you please cross check the process model userinput task configuration which you designed and if possible elaborate the usecase.
