Cannot find report under alias all_processes

Hi all,

I have encountered a problem when loading the list of Process in Appian Designer.

When i check server log, it indicates an error as "Cannot find report under alias all_processes"

May I know why is that and what should I do?

Hi joanneh ,

Have you recently done any upgradation of your environment? If yes, the might be due to the documents not copied properly.
If no, The Report file might be deleted from KC. Please restart the environment once (Engines, Search-server and JBOSS).
