Lorenzo, this is a smart service that comes with the SharePoint module. Please see the following for more information:

If the module was successfully configured, the associated smart services can be found "inside the Appian Process Modeler palette under Integration Services – SharePoint" per the documentation above.

Appian for SharePoint must be configured on your local environment to see this smart service in the palette. Please see the first documentation link above for more information.

Lorenzo, please be reminded that this plugin works with SharePoint 2010. If you're using previous versions of SharePoint, I have had success by using the Web services that are exposed by MS SharePoint service.

yes, we have MS SharePoint 2010.
But we can't install SharePoint Services .NET Assembly. without this we can't use the smartService.
