How to implement Email Notification ?

1)configure Escalations to your write to data store entity for each of you process model,then send alerts to user or group
2)configure Send E-Mail smart service in each of your process model after write to data store entity,specify user or group to that smart service

Hi Krishna Chaitanya Is it really important use first step ? I followed the second step only and was able to send email notifying new record inserted.

Escalations are timer based configurations(if node in process model is delayed for any reason) ,

for your scenario  configuring Send E-Mail smart service is good option in my point of view,because you want to notify particular user or group after the write to data store node.
