How to monitor CRUD Operations on Database ?

Question

I have process models which perform Insert, update and Delete record from Database. How can i configure XOR Gateway to check whether these Operations/activity executed successfully or not ? What condition should i specify to configure the gateway ?

One work way round I can suggest is using AC!StoredValues which is available at the output tab of those smart services. 
It returns the data successfully updated or stored in the database. So you can use isnull() condition and check if any data has been received or not.

I believe for the delete smart service there is no output node. But when you use the expression function you can define onSuccess and onError.
