I want to know about trigger. where can we use it?

Trigger can be used to update database tables on basis on some other action on database. Example. Lets suppose you have two tables- TableA and TableB. Now by using your action you are updating tableA entry. and your requirement is to make some changes in tableB as well when ever there is a update in TableA. You can use Trigger in that case.
