Hi,
During a monitorization of processes, we came across that some processes are missing. On the report of that process model we removed every filters so it returns all the processes.
And we notice that 9 processes are missing on the appian aplication, but they were persisted in the database with the variable that we use to identify processes "cr_case" as seen in the image,
and they are persisted only if they existed in appian of course.
The processes could have been archived, but for this process we have defined to archive 365 days after completion and they were opened on october of the last year, so they are not supposed to be archived.
Do you have any idea what happened? Or are we missing something? I was thinking to use "Find Archived Processes by Date & UUID" but i have to introduce a date which i don' know what is.
