can't upload image size 3Mb

Hi,
We ca't upload a file with the following conditions.
The following characters are not accepted for file names. \ / ; : " | ? ' < > *
Files cannot be larger than your disk quota.
Files cannot be larger than 1GB in size.
or else appian admin may be disabled the access for that file component.
Please check the above conditions.
as per my knowledge It may fall under above the category.

I have two environtment :
1. Server with Windows 2012 Server OS.
2. Server with Linux Ubuntu Server OS.
The Problem applicaton with access Appian Application to Ubuntu Server 16.01 OS.
Error Message "Failed to Upload Files : xxx.jpg"
noted : only file more than 1MB can't upload, but The Appian Application with Windows Server can process upload it.
and setting upload size was same size 1024000000 for two Server (Windows and Linux Base).
